Booking an exhibition stall means your organisation has the opportunity to speak face to face with our Parliamentarians, Councillors, members and staff.
The Exhibition Hall will be the main hub of Conference, including café areas and a live feed of Conference.
Each space includes:
- 2 complimentary Exhibitor passes per day to staff your stall - if you require additional passes for any day these can be purchased in the additional items section
- Standard Shell Scheme stall walls to your specific requirements
- A listing in the Conference Handbook, including your stall number
- Access to the Exhibitors Lounge once sponsored
- An invite to the Exhibitors Reception once sponsored
BRAND NEW FOR 2017
- Official Exhibition Photographer to cover visits by Parliamentarians to your stall
- Opportunity to purchase a timeslot on the Hall 5 Pop-Up stage to tell people about your business, organisation or campaign and signpost to your stall
- Market Place Zone for small businesses with products that they would like to sell at Conference
Furniture, power and branding packages can be booked directly with the supplier. You will receive details on this following your booking confirmation.
